Update: Still a Sinner, Still in Desperate Need of a Savior

Recently I found myself caught up in the pursuit of perfection. While striving to be the perfect wife, mother, friend, leader and more, it quickly became clear I’m a sinner in desperate NEED of a Savior. Jesus is not just and added attribute to my character, He is my only hope of salvation.

None of us are righteous, no not one. Up against the perfection and purity of Jesus we are filthy rags. Yet He saved us still from what we deserve as penalty for our imperfections. I’m thankful for Him first loving us, and paying the price so that those who believe can spend eternity in perfection with Him.
